Ceaeso Brass Bulkhead Fitting 1/2" Female NPT × 3/4" Male GHT — Solid Brass with Plug, Leak-Resistant

If you need a durable, corrosion-resistant port for rain barrels, aquariums, sinks, or DIY water-storage projects, this brass bulkhead from Ceaeso creates a reliable pass-through connection. The assembly threads into a 1-1/16" to 1-1/8" drilled hole and combines a 3/4" male GHT exterior for garden hose attachments with 1/2" female NPT threads for internal plumbing or fittings. Pre-installed rubber gaskets and an included plug help minimize leaks and simplify installation.

How do I install the Ceaeso bulkhead fitting?

Installation is straightforward and requires a single drilled opening and basic hand tools. The fitting pushes through the hole, compressing rubber seals, and tightens with the included nut on the inside to create a water-tight barrier.

• Drill a 1-1/16" to 1-1/8" diameter hole in the tank wall or barrel.
• Insert fitting from outside; seat the outer gasket against the tank wall.
• Thread and hand-tighten the interior nut until the inner gasket compresses securely — avoid overtightening metal-to-metal.
• Attach garden hose to the 3/4" male GHT or use the 1/2" female NPT for hoses and fittings.

What materials and leak-prevention features are included?

The fitting is machined from 100% solid brass for greater strength and corrosion resistance than plastic alternatives. Two rubber O-rings and a pre-built gasket sandwich the tank wall to reduce the chance of leaks, while threaded connections keep joints secure under moderate pressure.

• 100% solid brass body, nut, and plug for durability.
• Two rubber rings plus an interior gasket for leak reduction.
• Threaded connections that resist loosening compared to push-fit designs.
• Removable plug lets you close the port when not in use.

Which hoses and applications are compatible with this fitting?

This bulkhead is designed to bridge tanks and garden systems: the exterior 3/4" male GHT fits standard garden hoses and many quick-connect accessories, while the 1/2" female NPT ports accept common plumbing fittings and flexible hoses. Use it on rainwater barrels, aquariums, sinks, water storage drums, or any container that accepts the specified hole size.

• 3/4" male GHT for garden hose, sprayers, and threaded adapters.
• 1/2" female NPT on both sides for adapters, faucets, or hose barbs.
• Suits rain barrels, DIY water tanks, aquaponics systems, and sinks.
• Included plug closes the port for storage or transport.

Who is this for? Installers, gardeners, and DIYers who need a long-lasting, metal bulkhead connector for water transfer and drainage will benefit most. If you want a corrosion-resistant alternative to plastic fittings, require a threaded garden-hose interface, or need an easy way to add a serviceable port to a barrel or tank, the Ceaeso brass bulkhead gives a compact, user-serviceable solution. Note: verify hole and thread sizes before ordering — the thread measurement in the title refers to nominal pipe thread sizes, not the fitting’s outer diameter.
