BreadTalk Fish Grill Basket – Lockable Mesh BBQ Basket 8.7×13.4in with Beech Wood Handle & Silicone Basting Brush

BreadTalk Fish Grill Basket is a lockable mesh grilling rack with a long beech wood handle and included silicone basting brush, sized 8.7" × 13.4" for fish, seafood and vegetables.

This stainless-finish carbon steel basket is built to make outdoor grilling easier: the hinged locking mechanism secures food for even cooking and simple flipping, while the open mesh lets heat and smoke reach the ingredients. Designed for use on charcoal or gas grills, it accommodates whole fish, fillets, shrimp and an array of vegetables. The beech wood handle keeps hands away from heat and provides a comfortable grip, and the set includes a silicone brush for applying marinades or oils.

How does the locking design help when grilling delicate foods?

The hinged lock keeps fish or smaller pieces pressed gently between two mesh layers so they don’t fall through grates or break apart when turned. That stability improves contact with the heat source and reduces flare-ups from loose bits.

• Secure hinge keeps food contained for safer flipping and even charring.
• Mesh circulation allows smoke and heat to flavor food evenly.
• Reduces the need to lift pieces individually, preserving presentation.

What size and types of food fit this grilling basket?

The internal cooking area measures roughly 8.7" wide × 13.4" long × 1" thick, roomy enough for whole small fish, several fillets, shrimp skewers or mixed vegetables. Measure your typical portions against these dimensions to ensure a proper fit before ordering.

• Fits fish fillets, small whole fish, shrimp, sliced vegetables and kebab pieces.
• 1" depth holds thin-to-medium items without crowding.
• Useful for batch grilling several smaller items at once.

What materials and maintenance features should I expect?

The basket is constructed from carbon steel with a chrome-plated finish for heat resistance and durability. A natural beech wood handle provides distance from flames and a secure grip. For convenience, the basket is described as dishwasher-safe, and the included silicone basting brush cleans easily by hand or in the dishwasher.

• Carbon steel core with chrome plating resists high grill temperatures.
• Beech wood handle reduces heat transfer and improves comfort.
• Silicone brush included for applying sauces and simple cleanup.

Is this basket suitable for different grill types and outdoor cooking?

Yes — the construction is intended for use on both charcoal and gas grills, as well as open-flame BBQs. The open mesh encourages smoke penetration, making it useful for outdoor flavor while keeping items from slipping through grates.

• Works on charcoal, gas and other open-flame grills.
• Mesh promotes smoky flavor without losing small pieces.
• Long handle improves reach and safety when cooking outdoors.
