ARDILA VEELA Solar Reel Cover for Inground Pools up to 20 ft — 420D Water-Resistant, Windproof Fastenings

ARDILA VEELA Solar Reel Cover is a heavy-duty winter storage protector that shields your rolled solar blanket and reel for inground pools up to 20 ft wide.

When the swimming season ends, storing a bubble or foam solar blanket on a reel can leave it exposed to snow, ice, UV and abrasive wear. This oversized reel cover is made from durable 420D Oxford fabric with a water-resistant finish and multiple fastenings so you can keep the solar cover wrapped, dry, and cleaner during months of off-season storage.

How does this reel cover protect a solar blanket through winter?

The thick 420D Oxford fabric blocks direct exposure from snow, frost and sunlight while the water-resistant finish helps shed moisture. It keeps the bubble or foam solar blanket bundled on the reel so fewer freeze-thaw cycles and surface abrasions occur while stored outdoors.

• Water-resistant 420D Oxford shell repels moisture and light precipitation
• Fabric reduces UV exposure that can prematurely degrade bubble film
• Encases rolled blanket to limit contact with ice, grit, and debris

Will this cover fit my reel and solar blanket?

The cover is sized to fit standard reel-mounted solar blankets for inground pools up to 20 ft wide. With 20.5 ft length and a 50 in circumference, it accommodates most reels and rolled blankets while leaving enough slack for easy installation.

• Overall dimensions: 20.5 ft x 50 in (627 x 126 cm)
• Designed for bubble or foam solar blankets on standard pool reels
• Generous fit simplifies putting the cover on and taking it off

How does it stay secure in windy winter conditions?

Multiple fastenings keep the cover wrapped tightly around the reel so wind cannot easily lift it off. A combination of hook-and-loop straps and drawstring cords creates adjustable compression and a snug hold for a variety of reel diameters.

• Nine hook-and-loop straps along the seam secure the main body
• Drawstring cords on each end tighten the openings against wind
• Easy tension adjustment for different reel sizes and rolled widths

What maintenance does the cover require and how long will it last?

The beige fabric is fade-resistant and easy to care for: wipe clean, hose off, or machine wash when needed. Properly stored in its zippered bag during the active season, the durable 420D material resists everyday wear and prolongs the life of your solar blanket by reducing direct exposure.

• Wipe clean or rinse with water for simple stain removal
• Machine washable for deeper cleaning when required
• Includes zippered storage bag for compact offseason storage

Who is this for: Pool owners who use bubble or foam solar covers and want a straightforward way to protect their rolled blanket and reel through winter. It suits anyone with an inground pool up to 20 ft wide looking to reduce UV and weather exposure, limit abrasion on the cover while stored, and keep storage maintenance simple.
