AR ANNOVI REVERBERI AR42940 Replacement Pressure Washer Pump Head - Aluminum OEM Fit for SRMW Series, Made in Italy

The AR ANNOVI REVERBERI AR42940 is a complete aluminum replacement pump head engineered to restore SRMW-series pressure washer performance quickly and reliably.

When a worn or damaged pump head slows your pressure washer, swapping in a correctly matched replacement saves time and money. The AR42940 pump head is an OEM-compatible assembly crafted in Italy for SRMW models, built from durable aluminum to resist wear while keeping weight low. This listing describes compatibility, benefits, and what to check before you buy so you can get your unit back to working order with confidence.

Which pressure washers does this AR42940 pump head fit?

This replacement is designed specifically for SRMW-series pumps and compatible RMW models listed by the manufacturer. It fits multiple SRMW/RMW variants but excludes larger 2.4G28 and 2.5G28 style units; double-check the model stamped on your original pump housing before ordering.

• Compatible: RMW2G20, RMW2.2G24, RMW2G23B, RMW2G24, RMW2G25, RMW2.2G20D, SRMW2.2G26
• Not compatible: RMW2.5G28 or SRMW2.4G28
• Designed for SRMW-series equipment—OEM fit for AR North America units

How is the AR42940 constructed and why does that matter?

The pump head is machined from aluminum to balance corrosion resistance with a lighter overall weight than cast iron alternatives. Aluminum dissipates heat effectively and stands up to typical outdoor cleaning environments, making it a pragmatic choice for routine pressure-wash tasks.

• Aluminum body reduces weight while resisting surface corrosion
• Precision machining helps ensure seal alignment and smooth operation
• Made in Italy to AR ANNOVI REVERBERI production standards

What should I inspect before installing this replacement pump head?

Before installing, confirm your pump model number, inspect seals and pistons, and ensure mounting studs and connections match your unit. Replacing a pump head is straightforward with basic tools, but damaged valves or worn bolts elsewhere may also need attention for a complete repair.

• Verify pump model stamped on the housing matches compatibility list
• Check valves, pistons, and seals—replace as needed during service
• Compare mounting points and inlet/outlet fittings for exact fit

How will swapping this part impact performance and maintenance?

Installing a properly matched pump head can restore original pressure and flow characteristics when the failure is isolated to the head assembly. It also gives an opportunity to refresh seals and gaskets, reducing the chance of leaks and extending the service interval when combined with routine maintenance.

• Restores proper pump pressure if the head was the failing component
• Facilitates inspection and replacement of internal wear items
• Supports long-term reliability when installed correctly with new seals

Who is this for: The AR42940 replacement pump head is aimed at owners and technicians of AR ANNOVI REVERBERI SRMW-series pressure washers who need an OEM-style aluminum head to repair or refresh their unit. It's suitable for maintenance shops, fleet managers, and DIYers comfortable verifying model compatibility and doing moderate mechanical work. If your unit matches the supported models and the head is the faulty component, this part provides a direct, manufacturer-aligned path to restore serviceability without replacing the entire pump assembly.
