Alloxity 12 ft Propane Quick Connect Hose for RV to Grill — 1/4" Quick to 3/8" Flare, Brass Fittings & Reinforced Hose

Alloxity's 12-foot RV propane quick-connect hose converts 1 lb disposable cylinders to low-pressure RV lines and 3/8" flare fittings so you can safely run grills, stoves, heaters and smokers from a portable tank.

This 12 ft propane hose is designed to bridge small disposable cylinders and common RV or outdoor appliances without modifying existing regulators. Built with solid-brass fittings and a three-layer reinforced hose, it offers flexibility and weather resistance for seasonal camping, tailgating and RV setups. The included adapter supports 1 lb throwaway cylinders to larger tank fittings, making the hose a practical utility for portable grills, family-sized smokers, and outdoor heaters.

How does the Alloxity hose connect to my RV and grill?

The hose has a standardized 1/4" male full-flow quick plug for low-pressure quick-connect ports and a 3/8" female flare fitting for many grills and stoves. Installation is straightforward: attach the quick plug to the RV low-pressure port or connect the 3/8" nut to the appliance flare inlet. The package also includes a 1" x 20 disposable cylinder adapter to use 1 lb tanks.

• 1/4" male full-flow quick plug for RV low-pressure ports
• 3/8" female flare nut for grill and stove inlets
• 1" x 20 disposable cylinder thread adapter for 1 lb tanks
• 12-foot length to increase placement flexibility

Is this hose safe and what materials are used?

Safety features center on solid-brass fittings and CSA-certified components for reliable sealing and corrosion resistance. The hose itself uses three-layer construction—high-quality rubber, flame-retardant PVC, and tensile cotton reinforcement—for durability under normal outdoor conditions. Note that it is a low-pressure hose; using multiple high-pressure appliances can reduce flow and impair performance.

• Solid brass fittings resist corrosion and wear
• Three-layer reinforced hose for strength and flexibility
• CSA-certified components for standardized safety
• Not intended to power more than two high-pressure devices simultaneously

What appliances and scenarios is the hose compatible with?

The Alloxity hose works with many common outdoor LP devices: portable grills (Weber, Coleman, Blackstone), camp stoves, smokers, and buddy heaters. It supports both direct low-pressure RV hookups and 3/8" flare-equipped appliances, making it useful for tailgates, camping, patio cooking and RV kitchens. Its 12-foot reach lets you position appliances safely away from the vehicle or cooking area.

• Compatible with Weber, Coleman, Blackstone-style grills and many others
• Works with camp stoves, smokers and outdoor heaters
• Two connection options: RV low-pressure line or 3/8" flare nut
• 12-foot length gives flexible appliance placement

How do I avoid common setup issues?

Do not attach two inline regulators at once—using multiple regulators can starve the appliance of gas and cause weak flames. Confirm you’re using the hose as a low-pressure connection and avoid running more than two high-pressure devices from the same supply. Inspect fittings for tight seals and test for leaks with a soap-and-water solution before first use.

• Never use two regulators in series on the same line
• Limit high-pressure devices to avoid insufficient flow
• Check connections and test for leaks before lighting
• Store hose protected from sharp objects and prolonged sun exposure

Who is this for?

It’s aimed at users who want a durable, flexible hose with brass fittings, CSA-rated parts and the convenience of both quick-connect and 3/8" flare connections.
