Aimela 110° Fan-Shaped Nozzle Set for Knapsack Sprayers — 4 Tips (0.15–0.4mm) with Adapters, Brass/Plastic

The Aimela 110° fan-shaped nozzle is a multi-size sprayer tip set that delivers adjustable wide, flat spray patterns for knapsack sprayers, garden wands and greenhouse equipment.

Designed for gardeners, landscapers and growers who need versatile coverage, this kit includes four 110° flat-bottom nozzles with different apertures (0.15–0.4mm) and adapters to fit common wand threads. The interchangeable nozzles create fan-shaped spray areas that can be switched to match tasks such as targeted weed control, broad herbicide application, cooling, or rinsing equipment. The brass/engineered-plastic assembly is compact and built to fit most backpack sprayers and three types of wand connectors.

How do the four nozzle sizes change spray performance?

Each of the four included 110° tips produces a slightly different droplet size and fan width, so you can tune flow rate and coverage to the chemical, distance and wind conditions. Smaller apertures give finer atomization and lower flow, while larger openings increase output for quicker coverage.

• 110-1.5: finest aperture for lower flow and precise application
• 110-2.0: balanced spray for general garden use
• 110-3.0: broader fan, faster coverage for larger areas
• 110-4.0: highest flow for rinsing, cooling, or heavy coverage

Will this nozzle fit my sprayer wand and knapsack unit?

The set includes two transfer interfaces to adapt to common wand threads (14×1.5mm internal and 18×1.5mm external), and it works with three types of magic wands. Before buying, check the thread size on your wand or review the sprayer manual to confirm compatibility.

• Includes 14×1.5mm inner tooth adapter for many European-style wands
• Includes 18×1.5mm outer tooth adapter for larger wand fittings
• Compatible with most backpack sprayers and standard garden wands

What tasks is the Aimela 110° nozzle best suited for?

Its flat, fan-shaped spray makes it ideal for evenly covering horizontal surfaces and rows—useful for targeted weeding, applying liquid fertilizers, or general-purpose greenhouse spraying. The range of apertures also supports rinsing equipment and dust suppression when higher flows are needed.

• Selective weed control along beds and rows with finer tips
• Fertilizer and pesticide applications across turf or greenhouse benches
• Equipment washing or cooling with the largest aperture

How should I choose and maintain the correct tip for best results?

Select a tip based on needed flow, droplet size and the chemical label recommendations; start with a smaller aperture for concentrated formulations and switch up for broader coverage. Rinse the nozzle after each use, check threads and seals, and replace worn tips to preserve spray pattern quality.

• Match tip aperture to product label flow and droplet guidance
• Flush with clean water after use to prevent clogging and corrosion
• Inspect O-rings and threads; replace adapters if leaking

Who is this for: The Aimela 110° fan-shaped nozzle kit suits home gardeners, small-scale farmers, landscape contractors and greenhouse operators who want a compact, adaptable spray solution. If you need variable fan widths, compatibility with common wand threads, and a quick way to swap spray patterns for different tasks, this nozzle set provides a practical, low-cost upgrade to most knapsack sprayers.
